How is this different from Shopify?
You own the entire platform and source code. There are no monthly platform fees, no transaction fees beyond your payment gateway, and no limits on customisation. It’s like buying your shop instead of renting it: a higher upfront cost, but you own it.
Can you migrate my existing Shopify store?
Yes. Growth and Premium include full Shopify data migration of products, customers, orders and history. Migration usually takes 2–3 days, and your Shopify store keeps running until the new platform goes live.
What about payment gateway fees?
You still pay your gateway’s fees (Stripe charges 3.4% + $0.50 per transaction in Singapore), but not Shopify’s extra 0.5–2%. For a store doing $50K a month, that saves $6K–$12K a year.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage it?
No. The admin dashboard is as easy to use as Shopify for products, orders, analytics and customers. We provide training and documentation. You’ll only need a developer if you want new features later.
What if I need custom features later?
Because you own the code, any developer can add features, or you can hire us. We charge $150/hour or fixed prices from $2,500, and most features take 1–2 weeks.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption, PCI-compliant payments through Stripe, encrypted databases and regular security updates. Two-factor authentication and fraud detection can be added.
What happens after the support period?
You can manage it yourself, take monthly maintenance at $600/month for support and updates, or call us when you need help at our hourly rate.
Can I run multiple brands?
